Fair Usage Policy

AvidStack is committed to providing reliable, high-quality services to all of our partners. Our Fair Usage Policies are designed to maintain service effectiveness and ensure equitable access across our customer base. These policies apply to all AvidStack services including IaaS and PaaS.

Customer Support Services

AvidStack provides support for issues directly related to the use of AvidStack's IaaS and PaaS services, including configuration, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.

  • Request Frequency: While there is no strict limit on support requests, usage should fall within reasonable frequency. Patterns requiring unusual resource allocation may trigger a review.
  • Priority Handling: Support operates on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to prioritization based on the severity and impact of the issue.
  • Professional Conduct: Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior towards our support personnel will not be tolerated and may result in support access restrictions.
  • Misuse: Frivolous requests, resource monopolization, or inappropriate conduct can lead to suspended or limited support access.

Data Storage and Transfer

Our services are designed for regular business and individual use, with data patterns matching normal, day-to-day operations.

  • AvidStack actively monitors for patterns deviating from typical usage, including excessive data transfers and abnormal storage consumption.
  • In cases of excessive use, AvidStack will engage with the customer to discuss needs, suggest optimization strategies, propose upgrades, or implement reasonable restrictions or fees.

Unlimited Calling Plans

AvidStack offers calling plans described as “virtually unlimited” to support standard business communications within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Restricted Uses: Calling plans may not be used for autodialing, continuous call forwarding, telemarketing, call center operations, or any other high-volume or abnormal calling patterns.
  • Monthly Limits: Despite the “virtually unlimited” description, plans include fair usage monthly caps. Usage exceeding these caps may result in restrictions or additional charges.
  • Monitoring and Action: AvidStack reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the service, or charge additional fees for usage that does not comply with this policy.
  • Customer Communication: Partners approaching usage limits will receive notification and an opportunity to adjust usage or upgrade their plan.
